AGAINST THE ADVICE OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS
In July of 2023, I made the decision to change my life because I was unhappy with what I saw in the mirror at 250 pounds. My original goal was simple: get down to 225 pounds in 90 days, so I began researching and committed to intermittent fasting and working out.
Even though family and friends warned me against fasting, I created a structured schedule—and the weight started falling off faster than I ever expected. I hit my goal early, kept going, and in just over 90 days I had transformed down to 185 pounds.
